What do you need from me to get a quote?

In order to provide a quote for an EZ-ACCESS ramp, we need the initial rise, termination point of the ramp, obstacles or space constraints, and any grade variance between the initial point and the termination point.  We will then help you determine if platforms are needed for turns or turn backs.

Why does a ramp need to be longer for a higher rise?

ADA recommends 1:12 for safety consideration.  When that is not possible, it does allow for reasonable accomodation meaning a slightly shorter ramp can be used.  EZ-ACCESS wants all ramps to be safe for you and a caregiver to use.

Why do some ramps have the black slip-resistant tread, but not others?

This is a preference point option for some people.  Both are very durable and slip-resistant.

Can I get the black slip-resistant tread on your modular system?

No, it is not available on the modular system.  Because of the design of the system, the aluminum extruded surface is much more durable for this application.
