Refund policy
General Information
EZ ACCESS has a 30-day return policy on most items. Some items are not returnable. All returned items must be shipped in their original packaging and should be clean, unused and undamaged. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned items back.
Please note that the original shipping cost for all items being returned is non-refundable as that service has already been performed. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Return Instructions
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please follow the steps below:
1. Request a Return Authorization Number. Please include your order number and the item(s) you want to return in your request. Please note that we may request photos before a return will be authorized, and we do not accept returns without a Return Authorization Number.

2. Ship the Item Back and Email Us the Tracking Number at customerrequest@ezaccess.com. Pack up the item(s) securely to prevent damage during shipping. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping company to prevent damage or loss during transit. You must provide us with a valid tracking number to receive any refund. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend capturing photos before and during packaging and shipping. Include RMA # on label.

3. Wait to Receive Your Refund. You will be credited within 5 business days after we receive your item and inspect it. If the item is found to be unused and in good working order, we will issue a refund of the item price back to the original form of payment. Please note that the original shipping cost for all items being returned is non-refundable as that service has already been performed.
Return Restrictions
Not all products are returnable. Products that do not qualify for our return policy include:
· Items that must be shipped by freight carrier (LTL)
· Bath and safety products
· Modular wheelchair ramps
· Customized items
